This year the Orpheus Choir will be celebrating 58 years since formation in 1954. The Choir have a varied and very interesting list of engagements for 2012. As usual, most of them will be based in the Torbay and West Country area. The choir looks forward to meeting our regular supporters on these occasions – and to meeting and making many more new friendships.
Our Choir is always interested in supporting a wide range of charities and good causes. If we haven't yet been privileged to assist with fund-raising for your particular project, and you feel that we could help with your fund-raising, please ring our Choir Secretary, Mr Alec Pine, tel. 01803 856655 to discuss the possibility of arranging a choir programme for you.

The Choir also has a flourishing “Friends of the Brixham Orpheus Male Voice Choir” Group who will always welcome new members. Mr Bryan Attwood is our Co-ordinator for this Group and will be pleased to discuss details and answer any queries. Mr Attwood can be contacted on 01803 851218. A busy Ladies Support Group also helps with fund-raising and offers practical support.
The Choir always welcomes new singers to our ranks. We rehearse every Thursday evening 7.30–9.30pm at the Christian Community Centre, Fore Street, Brixham. If you like male voice singing, do come and meet us at the rehearsal venue.
